We have received many queries on our newly launched service Wealth-Builder in last couple of days. Queries regarding portfolio allocation, expected annual returns, stock selection criteria's, subscription cost, access to our research reports and many more. We were finding it difficult to response to so many emails hence decided to answer common queries through this article.
Below are the answers to the frequent queries raised by most of you:
Portfolio Allocation: Wealth-Builder portfolio allocation will be mix of micro/small and mid cap stocks. Wealth Builder portfolio will not contain large cap stocks. Cash allocation at any point of time will not go beyond 60%. Investment in stocks which are not part of our recommendations - Hidden Gems, Value Picks and 15% @ 90 DAYS will not exceed 25%. Allocation in Hidden Gems will not exceed 25%, allocation to Value Picks will not exceed 50%, allocation to 15% @ 90 DAYS will not exceed 25%.
Expected Annual Returns: Objective of Wealth-Builder is to protect your wealth during market downturn (bear phase) and appreciate your wealth during market upmove (bull phase) giving healthy returns in long term for wealth enhancement. Wealth-Builder ensures that returns on your investments outperform broader indices like Sensex and Nifty.
Stock Selection Criteria's: Majority of stocks selected in Wealth-Builder will be part of Saral Gyan recommendations. Wealth-Builder gives an opportunity to investors to take exposure in Hidden Gems, Value Picks and 15% @ 90 DAYS without subscribing to these services. Entry and exit in such stocks will be guided by our experts to ensure regular profit booking and sitting in cash during market downturn.
Subscription Cost: You can subscribe @ Rs. 7500 (annual fee) and save Rs. 2500 under Wealth-Builder introductory offer (closes on 30th June). Effective 1st July 2011, subscription cost will be revised to Rs. 10,000. You will also receive Saral Gyan eBook "How to Grow your Savings?" worth Rs. 399 absolutely free!
Access to Hidden Gems, Value Picks & 15% @ 90 DAYS: As Hidden Gems, Value Picks & 15% @ 90 DAYS are our paid subscription services, we will not share detailed research reports/recommendations under Wealth-Builder service. Wealth-Builder portfolio will consists of stocks recommended under Hidden Gems, Value Picks and 15% @ 90 DAYS but detailed research reports will not be shared with Wealth-Builder members.
Refund of Subscription charges: We ensures healthy returns through Wealth-Builder portfolio, in case our Wealth-Builder underperforms major indices like Sensex of Nifty for entire calendar year, your subscription cost will be refunded. Click here to know more about payment facilities.
